June Preszler joined the TIE staff as an Education Technology Specialist in 2004. Her professional background includes 15 years as a middle school instructor at Deadwood Middle School. She also led the Worthington, MN, K-12 literacy program as the school district's reading coordinator from 1999-2002. In addition, June then spent three years at Capstone Press in Mankato, MN, as an associate managing editor for the nonfiction children's book publisher before arriving at TIE. June has authored more than 20 nonfiction children's books for struggling readers. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Distance Education and Instructional Technology at the University of Wyoming. (More about June)
